Frequently Asked Questions

#1 How to download list of all Exhibitor Registrations?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Exhibitors tab, there are many different options:
    • All Exhibitors - list of everyone regardless of registration status
    • Complete Exhibitors - only registration status = complete
    • Pending Exhibitors - only registration status = pending
    • Incomplete Exhibitors - only registration status = incomplete
  5. Click the Go button beside the list to download
  6. Click Download Excel button
    • Click Send Email button to draft and send an email to the list


#2 How to download a financial report for Exhibitor Registrations?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Financials tab, there are several different reports available to select from
  5. Click the Go button beside the applicable report to download
  6. Click Download Excel button


#3 How to download a list of Exhibitor Staff to print badges?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Click the Exhibitors tab
  5. Click Go beside Exhibitor Staff Members
    • This will download an excel report to your computer.

#4 How to set a Favourite list of Exhibitor reports?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Navigate to the report that you want to mark as a favourite e.g. Incomplete Exhibitors
  5. Click the Star so it appears 'coloured in'
  6. Click the Favourites tab, the 'Starred' report will be listed under the Favourited Reports heading
  7. Repeat Steps 4 to 5 for each report to be included under Favourited Reports.
