Frequently Asked Questions

#1 How to Import a List of Exhibitors

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitors module
  3. Click Add Exhibitors in left-side menu
  4. Download the import template from the link located on the right side of the screen
  5. Populate the template with:
    • Company Name
    • Company Contact Firstmane
    • Company Contact Lastname
    • Complany Contact email address
    • If applicable, if the company is to receive specific discounted items e.g. comp registrations, then populate the NumberofFreeBadges column with the optionID of the specific sponsorship type such as Platinum sponsor. NOTE: the discounts must already be defined in X-CD
  6. Save the populated file in .csv format to your computer
  7. Return to step 1 to 3 to re-open the import screen again and import your file.


  • Do not remove. move or change any column placement or heading labels in the import template
  • Each row must contain an email address
  • Each email address must be unique
  • Save as .csv file format
