#1 Where do I find examples of the App Artwork?

#2 What format do the App images need to be?

All images must be PNG format and 72 dpi.

#3 What size of images and How do I upload my app artwork?

1. Click Dashboard
2. Click Mobile App Management in the left side menu
   • If you do not see them menu item in the left side menu, click your Speaker module, then click Program button, the Mobile App menu item will appear in the horizontal menu
3. If there is more than one app defined, select the app from the dropdown menu
4. Click App Settings in the horizontal menu
   
5. Select App Artwork
6. Click Upload Image button for the image to be uploaded
7. Select the file from the computer
8. Repeat steps 6 - 7 for each image to upload

#4 What are the file dimensions for a sponsor footer banner ad?

Description

• Banner ad sits at bottom of client designated screens. Can rotate with other banners which interchange ever 3‐5 seconds.

Artwork Specifications

• Banner ads are to be designed as PNG file with a width of 1200 pixels and a height of 180 pixels.
• The PNG file should be 72 dpi.
• If there are multiple ads, each ad must be this size.

#5 What are the file dimensions for a left-menu banner ad?

The left menu ad should be designed as PNG file with a width of 1200 pixels and a height of 300 pixels.

The PNG file should be 72 dpi.

The image will appear in the left menu of the app.

#6 What are the file dimensions for a sponsor advertisement on app startup?

Each app startup (splash) ad must have 2 image sizes - for small and large screens.

The image sizes correspond to your own app's branded splash image:

• 640 x 1136 pixels
• 1536 x 2008 pixels

#7 Ad Options and Image Sizes

Splash Screen When the app is first loaded, a splash screen (or miltiple splash screens) can appear.  Splash screens can display for 3-5 seconds each upon load of the app.  This is a good place for recognition of a keynote/mobile app sponsor.  Dimentions: 640 x 1136 pixels and 1536 x 2008 pixels
Banner Ad Banner ads can be placed at the bottom of specific pages within your mobile app You can have multiple banners ads, which will rotate for a set number of seconds Banner ads will link to the website of your sponsors choice Mobile app only Dimentions: 1200 x 180 pixels

Please download the samples to ensure all required images are supplied in the proper formats.

The App is required to have App Artwork prior to submission to the stores. The artwork encompasses:

(1) The App Icon

• The icon which will display on people's phones.
• Do not put sponsor logos in this image.
• Do not add any gradients or masks to this image. Apple will create a gradient/masking effect automatically and your gradient/masks will become distorted.
• Dimensions: 1024 x 1024 pixels

(2) Google Play Feature Graphic

• This image is used by Google for display in the Google Play Store.
• Dimension: 1024 x 500 pixels
