Frequently Asked Questions

#1 How to upload a list of Participants?

Download the template to use for the import file:

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Credit Management in left side menu
  3. If you have more than one conference, select Conference from the dropdown list
  4. Under the Menu section, Click Upload Participants
  5. From the pop-up window, click the link for Download the template here
  6. Populate the template file and save it.

For the Import File:

  • Do not delete or move any of the columns
  • Email addresses are required and must be unique
  • Populate the columns accordingly; not all columns have to be populated
  • The import file must be saved in a .csv file format

Once your Import File is ready:

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Credit Management in left side menu
  3. If you have more than one conference, select Conference from the dropdown list
  4. Under the Menu section, Click Upload Participants
  5. Select the Certificate Group type from the dropdown list
  6. Click Browse to search for the Import File on your computer and select it
  7. Click Upload button

#2 How to Email Attendees?

There are several different options to email Attendees:

  • All Credit Eligible Attendees
  • All Credited Attendees
  • All Credit Eligible Attendees without Credits
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Credit Management in left side menu
  3. If there is more than one conference, select the applicable Conference from the dropdown list
  4. Under the Menu section, Click
    • All Credit Eligible Attendees
    • All Credited Attendees
    • All Credit Eligible Attendees without Credits
  5. Compose the Message
  6. Click Preview Email
  7. Uncheck any recipients on the list who you don't want to receive the email (if any). 
  8. Click Send Email Now (to send immediately) OR Click the calendar icon to select a date and time, then click Schedule Email.


#3 How to download the Session Evaluation Report(s)?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Credits Management in left side menu
  3. In Select Conference, pick the appropriate Conference from the dropdown list
  4. Click Sessions button
  5. Click Download Evaluations button
  6. Select the Session from the dropdown list for the evaluation report
  7. Click Generate Sessions PDF button
  8. Click Download PDF or Download DOC or Download XLS button for the selected format output.

#4 How to download the Overall Evaluation Data to an excel file?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Forms
  3. Click on the name of the Form to open it
  4. Click Download button
  5. Click Find beside 'All Complete Submissions'
  6. Click Download Excel
  7. Select the fields to be included in the download
  8. Scroll down and click Download
    • This will create an excel file which may be saved to your computer.

#5 How to download the Credits data?

There are 2 types of reports that may be downloaded:

  • Full Export - detailed breakdown of credit and credit types by session; Note: In this report a participant may appear in multiple rows
  • Summary Export - a summarized total of credits claimed per participant; Note: In this report a participant will only appear on one row
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Credits Management in left side menu
  3. If you have more than one conference, select Conference from the dropdown list
  4. Under the Menu section, Click Full Export / Summary Export
