Frequently Asked Questions

#1 How to Download a Financial Report of Dues?

  1. From the Admin Dashboard, click Dues Management in the left side menu
  2. Click Go button beside the Payment Records
  3. Select which member types to include in the report
    • Hint: Hold down CTRL / COMMAND button to multi-select
  4. Select the Start Date and End Date of the time period for the report
  5. Click Download Excel

Another method:

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Financial Reporting in left-side menu
  3. Enter a Start Date and End Date
  4. Ensure there is a checkmark beside Membership Module (remove checkmarks beside any other modules)
  5. Click Export CSV button
    • Note: To include all invoice items in the download (one invoice item per row) - click Export with Extended Invoice Item Detail
    • The file will download to your default downloads folder.


#2 How to Email / Download Active Members?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Dues Management in the left side menu
  3. Click Go button beside Active Members
  4. Select a member category type
    • hold down the Shift key - click the first and last group to highlight them all
    • OR hold down the CTRL / Command Key and click to higlight more than one individual group
  5. Enter or Select a Members As of This Date
  6. Click Send Email button
    • NOTE: Click Download Excel button to download a list of active members
  7. Compose a message
  8. Click Preview Email button
  9. Click Send Now or click the Calendar icon, select a date and time, then click Schedule Email


#3 How to Email / Download a list of Expired Members?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Dues Management in the left-side menu
  3. Click Go button beside Expired Members
  4. Select a member category type
  5. Enter or Select an Expired As of Date
    • e.g. if you want to include those with a date of 12/31/2017 set this value as 01/01/2018
  6. Click Send Email button
    • NOTE: To download a list of expired members, click Download Excel button
  7. Compose a message
  8. Click Preview Email button
  9. Click Send Now or click the Calendar icon, select a date and time, then click Schedule Email


#4 How to Download a List of Active / Expired members?

  1. From the Admin dashboard, click Dues Management in the left side menu
  2. Click Go button beside Active Members or Expired Members
  3. Select a member category type
    • Select more than one type by holding down the CTRL/COMMAND button and highlighting each category to be included
  4. Enter or Select a Date
  5. Click Download Excel button
    • Note: the file will contain relevant membership information such as date added, expiry date and contact details for each member


#5 How to find a list of auto-renewed members

  1. From the Admin dashboard, click Dues Management in the left side menu
  2. Click Go button beside AutoRenew Members
  3. Click Download Excel / Send Email (to pull up an email compose screen)

#6 How to download a list of members who changed groups?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Dues Management in the left-side menu
  3. In the Download/Email section in the top left area of the scree, scroll in the list and click Go button beside Switching Group Members
  4. Select the Member Category(ies) you wish to include in the report.
  5. Provide a start and end date
  6. Click Advance
    • The gird will update and display any matches
  7. Click Download button to download a file / Send email if you wish to email
