#3 How to Email ALL Presenters?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Presenters tab
  5. Click Go button beside 'Broadcast Presenters'
  6. Click Send Email button
  7. Compose the message
  8. Click Preview button
  9. Click Send Now or the calendar icon, select a date and time and click Schedule Email

#4 How to download a list of Chairs or email Chairs?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Chairs tab, click Go beside
    • All Distinct Chairs - list of chairs
    • Chairs by Session - list of chairs by Session (Note: therefore a person may appear more than once in this listing)
  5. Select the Chair type(s)
    • multi-select by holding the Shift/Ctrl/Command keys and clicking the items to be included
  6. If applicable, select the Session(s)
  7. Click Send Email or Download Excel

#5 How to Email a Single or Multiple Presenters?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Under the Primary Contact tab, click Go button for Primary Contact by Submission ID
  5. Select the Submission number(s) to email, click Advance button
  6. Click Send Email
  7. Compose the message, using the available Hot Keys list to personalize the message
  8. Click Preview email
  9. Click Send Now or the calendar icon, select a date and time and click Schedule Email

#6 How to Send an Email to Presenters with Session Info?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Presenters tab
  5. Click Go beside 'All Presenters'
  6. Click Advance button
  7. Click Send Email
  8. In the Email message field, use the list of Available Hot Keys displayed to the left to personalize the email content with Session Date, Time, etc.
  9. Click Preview Email
  10. Click Send Email or Select a date and time from the calendar icon and click Schedule Email


#7 How to Email Presenters in a Session(s)?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Presenters tab
  5. Click Go button beside 'Presenters in a Session'
  6. Select the applicable Session(s)
    • To select more than one session, hold down the CTRL or COMMAND key and click on the sessions
  7. Click Advance
  8. Click Send Email
  9. In the Email message field, use the list of Available Hot Keys displayed to the left to personalize the email content with Session Date, Time, etc.
  10. Click Preview Email
  11. Click Send Email or Select a date and time from the calendar icon and click Schedule Email

#8 How to Download a list of Presenters in a Session?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Presenters tab
  5. Click Go button beside 'Presenters in a Session'
  6. Select the applicable Session(s)
  7. Click Advance
  8. Click Download Excel
  9. Select the fields to include in the file
  10. Click Download

#9 How to Email Presenters that have a specific Final Status assigned?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Presenters tab
  5. Click Go button beside ' Submission Review Status'
  6. Select the applicable Status(es)
    • To select more than one, hold down the CTRL or COMMAND key and click on the options
  7. Click Advance
  8. Click Send Email
  9. In the Email message field, use the list of Available Hot Keys displayed to the left to personalize the email content with Session Date, Time, etc.
  10. Click Preview Email
  11. Click Send Email or Select a date and time from the calendar icon and click Schedule Email
